Passing on web master role

Are you passing on the web master role of your site to another volunteer? If so please fill in the form below.

Are you taking over running your Ramblers Web Site?

Are you taking over a web site that is hosted by Ramblers-Webs, if so read on...

  • Firstly please get the current web master to complete the form below (or do it for them)

There are a number of things that you also need to do

    • Register on Ramblers-Webs - this allows us to keep track of the web master for each site and in touch with you
    • Once you have registered log on to Ramblers-Webs
      • Download the latest documents about the Hosting Control Panel(HCP), see first item under HCP in the How To page
      • Ask the current web master for the log in details for the Hosting Control Panel
      • If you are using Joomla look for the Joomla Introduction document this is in the How To page
      • Ask the current web master to set up a user account, for you, on your Joomla web site. The user account should be set to Super User access level

         

Please use this form if you are passing on the web master role to a new volunteer.
