Support Issues

This page displays any know support issues with the Hosting service we use (Cloud Next) or any information that most of our webmasters should be aware of. We suggest you check here from time to time.

Joomla 3.8.2 Bug displaying Modules

This version of Joomla has introduced a bug when the administrator wants to view/edit a Module. If you go to Extensions > Modules it will NOT display Modules set to an access level of Guest.

So if you create a module and set the access to Guest you will be able to edit it until you Save and Close. But the module will not appear in the list for you to edit it again.

The Joomla project are aware of this bug and are working on it so it should be fixed soon. If this is a real issue then it is possible to manually change the module to Public.

Joomla 3.8.1

Version 3.8.1 of Joomla is now available.

This appears to have solved the issues with the Components menu which came with Joomla 3.8.0

I would advise those who upgraded to 3.8.0 to upgrade to 3.8.1 asap.

Web Monitor update - 28/8/2017

The Web Monitoring software we use to monitor changes to the file structure or your domain has been updated to version 5.2.1 over the last couple of days. This version was needed so that we can migrate to the new hosting package. It also enables us to update the Web Monitoring software automatically.

If you have NOT had any Web Monitor emails in the last couple of days then please raise a support ticket.
