web57, web58, web59, web60 abnormal server behaviour

Update Jul 18, 10:41 BST - Our senior administrators are continuing to look into and work on the problem however we have no timeframe for resolution yet but will update this page as soon as we do.


Update Jul 18, 2017 - 04:00 BST - We are still actually seeing intermittent issues affecting MySQL on the web servers web57, web58, web59 and web60. Our senior administrators are continuing to look into and work on the problem.

Update Jul 17, 2017 - 23:41 BST - The issue has been identified and resolved. This is being monitored for any further problems.

We are currently seeing abnormal behaviour on these webservers, and are investigating the causes.
Customers will experience database connection issues and websites on these servers will be inaccessible.

We expect to have it back to normal operation soon, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

HCP access - 10 July 17

There seems to be a DNS issue with BT users not being able to access the HCP

"We are aware of an issue with BT users that our engineers are looking into. The following link should work without issue:

There can also be an issue with accessing webmail

"If they are on BT internet then they will need to go to an address like : http://webmail.nottsarearamblers.org.uk

until BT resolve this problem." Just change the domain name to yours.

Update July 07, 2017 - 22:00 BST - Restores are continued to be actioned, and a large number of sites are now back online. This process is still on going.

JSN Imageshow Pro and JSN Uniform Pro – if your site uses these packages then you should now be able to update them yourself. Most sites have had an update code added that allows you to update the packages. If you find you cannot update either of these packages then please raise a support issue.
