I was wondering whether any consideration had been given yet to providing What3Words (
what3words.com
) references for walk meet and start points with an accurate location?
e.g. by using the API (
developer.what3words.com/public-api
) to convert from an OS map reference and present as a field for optional display in the details of a walk
We had thought about trying it but realised we'd likely have to adjust some existing scripts, a job that would perhaps be best done centrally.
Look forward to hearing of any progress around this.
