I was under the impression that I should use Notepad or Joomla editor the create web pages but I see that a word document can be saved as a web page, see jpg. I also did a search and found that one web page says it should be saved as an XML file for re-use

As I have been asked to update the web site, which is the easiest way to do this?

I see that the "read more" in Joomla can only be used once on a page so if it has several items or sub titles are then needed (easy in word) but it will need a different article for each one as far as I can see, is this the only way?
