Hi. I have had the following comment/question from one of our members.

"I really like the facility to download the walks and incorporate them into my Google Calendar. However under “Where” in Google Calendar is the following information. “Start: 10 am @ Meet at car park of Coddenham village hall. Explorer map 211. (TM134545, IP6 9SR)” E.g. for Sunday 20th November. This is not helpful as Google maps can’t interpret this as a location. It would be better to put the postcode; IP6 9SR. Is this something which could be done in the future?"

Interestingly, iPhone (using Readdle calendar App) tries to interpret the text in red as a location and tries to display location on Map - it ends up south of Ivory Coast. My Mac (using Mac calendar) does not provide any link which is sensible. I personally think it is unlikely that any download will work well in all calendars with robust links to all Map apps on all operating systems.

I think it is is a very useful facility. Do you have any comments I can pass back to our member.
