How is progress on the new Ramblers-Library? The bit I'm particularly interested in is the GPX mapping of routes/tracks. However I am a bit confused by the example shown at : www.ramblers-webs.org.uk/display-map-of-gpx-route.html .

The code includes a Google key but the map example is Leaflet & OpenStreetMap - which isn't actually showing a route. Which will the library be Google Maps or OpenStreetMap?

I have been using Google Maps on our West Herts Site to show GPX tracks by uploading GPX files to Google Maps and putting the Google Map link on our site. This works fine but the drawback with Google Maps is the lack of detail so OpenStreetMap would be an improvement for us. (I used to use BING Maps which had OS maps but unfortunately they've recently removed the ability to upload GPX files).
