Adding/modifying css was created by Jane Trimmer
I have just had a new Joomla site set up for my local group.

I want to tweak ramblers.css, or alternatively, add an additional css file. I couldn't find ramblers.css. I have in fact set up and additional css file but have no idea how to access it and then edit it.
