I have a map of all my gpxs at

This is showing about 11,000 files though there are actually only about 1000
Many files are repeated a number of times in the lists though not in the folder.
Went in to remove the junk files by moving them to a Duff folder.
Was checking and optionally moving them without refreshing the list.
After a while it stopped responding to clicking a gpx.
If I refresh, it is still showing the missing files- though not displaying them.
Looked for the 0000 file to force an update but there is no 0000 file.
So it is now stuck and not responding to clicking on GPXs
What now?
