Hello - I have an existing domain name for our group, hosted elsewhere, in existence >10 years.
I have asked the hosting provider how to make the same name available for our new RamblersWebs hosting; that is to transfer it to RWebs.
I have been told I need an IPS tag to do this.
Will you be able to give me an IPS tag?
When do I do this, in relation to changeover from Stackstaging to 'go live'? (A temporary basic website now exists)
Who do I ask to make the transfer?
How long does it take? (since our normal website will immediately be deleted and off-air including our emails under the old hosting - Fasthosts)
I.E. How do I initiate the transfer of domain name to making RamblerWebs live with the same name?
