I am about to radically restructure our extensive menu (lancashire-ramblers.org.uk)
Is there some way I can discretely build a new menu structure and then "plug it in" to replace the current one?
I'm concerned about creating temporary chaos in the menu or having to plan a complicated sequence of moves.
Any ideas welcome
