#sitemap question.

Hi - Any ideas of recommended extensions to generate a sitemap and keep it up to date?
I notice there are extensions available but am concerned about security and what is stored elsewhere..

I'd like to do this e.g. for Google; Bing; updating, because with a new site it can change as it develops, but this is not reflected in searches.

Maybe it is already in our Package?
