A little challenge for those of a legal mind.
I have videos of walks, with music and starting with an image of the OS map of the walk.
I'm putting them on our site via youtube. The music is copyright but Youtube says that's nat an issue as I'm not making money from them.
OS Maps are copyright so I suspect there may be an issue with that section of the video. Not mentioned by Youtube
If I use the track plotting function on our web to show a route, and snapshot it and use the snapshot as a image ON OUR SITE as the link to the video. Would that infringe anything
Or if anyone knows if a view of an OS map on a video IS copyright, please let me know.
