Hotmail e-mail redirects was created by Leon Fotiadis
Most of us are aware of issues with emails to btinternet addresses have significant issues.
I now get similar error messages with hotmail addresses. This is more serious as many more people have hotmail addresses.
This is the error message I got:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
xyz@hotmail.com
    host hotmail-com.olc.protection.outlook.com [104.47.17.97]
    SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined end of data:
    550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [185.151.28.77] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150). You can also refer your provider to [url] mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors [/url]. [DB8EUR05FT066.eop-eur05.prod.protection.outlook.com]

Does anyone else have the same problem and what can I do about it?
