Anomally in what3words on guided walks table/map

I've just noticed that the system is coming up with two different w3w codes for the same walk.
One, in the text, seems to  be based on the grid reference.
The other, by right click on the map, appears to be based on the post code, which in the case of the specific walk is some distance away.

I suspect few people have looked at the w3w via right click on the map, but I would assume that was not intended

5 Aug walk. Via Grades tab (seems I have a typo there)  and then right click on map
