I created a media folder and uploaded a pdf to it. I put a link to the pdf in an article. That works fine.
I have now deleted the pdf file, and deleted the folder it was in. I have cleared the cache completely.
If I go to the article on the website and click on the link it shows the pdf. If, in edit mode, I look at the link in the article it is as it was, pointing to a document which is far as I can tell isn't there. I wish to replace the pdf with a newer version, but it keeps finding the old one.
