Another email related query.  As per my previous post, we use Mailerlite to send out bulk emails to our group members. To do this we use a Google email address. However, Mailerlite state on their website that "when you send emails from a free email domain such as Gmail or Yahoo, the likelihood of your emails ending up in recipients' spam or junk folders increases. In some cases, your emails might not even be delivered at all." And indeed when I joined the group six months ago, the Ramblers emails went straight into my junk email folder. Consequently, I am interested to know:

1. Do other groups have issues with bulk email going into junk email folders or not being delivered at all?
2. Do other groups use a custom email domain? And if so, where do you source your domain? Mailerlite makes a few suggestions of reputable companies we could use. E.g. Companies like  Namecheap ,  GoDaddy  and  Squarespace Domains  are popular options. 
3. Are there any free email domains that are less likely to go into junk email folders?
