Hi all.
Is there a simple method of users picking a (free) walk date from maybe a calendar - marking it as in use, and then opening up a simple request form to send to the relevant walk coordinator in order to let them know someone has chosen a date. Then the walk coordinator can either make the date chosen or return it to available.
This way users can see free dates and not perhaps double handling - which means they ask the coordinator for a list of free dates, then choose one etc going back and forward.
