A member of our Group reports that while he can get a map to display, the accompanying mapping tools are not loaded. Also, he says that a number of images appear at 90 degrees.
He admits that his PC is somewhat aged and I suspect that this is the underlying problem. I have not experienced such problems on my PC, nor have I heard of similar complaints.
