One of our forwarding emails is to a @btinternet.com
Forwarded emails do not get through to this recipient. We have checked this from 3 or more senders.
Direct emails to the @btinternet.com recipient get through with no problems.
So I guess the issue is with the HCP.
The response from BT non delivery from my email acc is:

185.151.28.75. Please add a SPF record for the domain gmail.com to your DNS or ask your Broadband Provider / Domain Registrar to do this, we will be unable to deliver email until this is done due to the volume of email being sent from this IP address. Guide for senders www.bt.com/postmaster :
retry timeout exceeded

Not sure what needs to happen with SPF record or DNS.
When I look at www.bt.com/postmaster it seems BT have added new junk protection s/w and there seems to be some incompatibility somewhere along the line..
Any ideas please??
