I took over running our site nearly 2 years ago now and have been using the username and password that our previous webmaster set, following a link and copying and pasting directly from his email guidance the whole time.
But the site at
www.stackcp.com/login?r=%2F
has suddenly started rejecting the username/password combination. I've followed the forgotten details process but I've not received any reset instructions to my email address, it's possible the account is still linked to our previous webmasters old email.
The username I'm using isn't an email address so I'm not sure where to go next, can someone offer me some guidance please?
