Walks Programme was created by Alan Worsley
We have always used a 6 month programme and as we are currently at the end of this, only have a couple of walks showing.

I wondered if it would be better to have a rolling programme and if so, the best way get leaders to commit to a longer lead time? There would also be a problem and additional expense with issuing out hard copies on a more regular basis.

I would like to know how other groups handle this
