Has anyone else noticed their renewals rate dropping over the last few months? If so, when did they start dropping and have you got any reasons for non-renewal/slow renewal out of people?

It might just be the bad weather and maybe people didn't like our recent programme or something... but we've had anecdotes about it being really hard to renew via the website and our drop in renewals seems to correspond rather well with the new ramblers website coming out... Thought I'd see if anyone else had noticed this before getting in touch with head office.
