Plymouth Ramblers committee has generated a number of documents that we share with committee members, but we have no central location to store the documentation. Currently, it just sits on individual committee members' hard drives. As webmaster of the group, I would like to create a central storage location but I am wondering what is the best way to do so, and what other groups do to solve this issue.
I have considered creating a google account and using google drive, but there can be issues when multiple people try to login to a google account from multiple devices. Is there a more elegant solution? We could afford to pay for storage, as long as it is not too expensive.
